    <description>&lt;P&gt;It keeps saying printer is offline. I redid connection it works for one print job and than again it's offline. Its really annoting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Works with USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on OS Catalina&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help with this would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi PixelSurgery,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please load letter size plain paper in your PIXMA PRO-100 and then please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that your PIXMA PRO-100 is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Press and hold the RESUME/CANCEL button on your PIXMA PRO-100 until the POWER lamp flashes 6 times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Release the RESUME/CANCEL button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the page that prints, what is the Signal Strength?&amp;nbsp; The number should be as close to 100% as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, please take note of the SSID.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that your Mac is connected to the same network as the one printed next to SSID on that page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your Mac may be connecting to a different wireless network, which would cause this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
