    <description>&lt;P&gt;Until recently, I could print and scan from my MB5155.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I can only print, and i get the error attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I running MacOS Catalina. I've upgraded to latestversion of Canon IJ Scan Utility2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Printer had plenty of ink.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need the ICA v4.2.0a driver for scanning in Catalina.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For consistency, you may want to update the entire suite of drivers for this OSX version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/inkjet/maxify_mb_series/maxify-mb5155.html?type=drivers&amp;amp;driverdetailid=tcm:14-1439761&amp;amp;os=macos%2010.15%20%28catalina%29&amp;amp;language=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;ICA Driver Ver.4.2.0a (Mac)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I did update the suite of drivers, but it was still problematic. I had also updated to a new mesh wifi and once I’d reset the printer and reconnected it was much better.</description>
