I followed the directions for wireless printing (using wifi). Printer (and laptop) connected to the access point in LAN.

When I try to print, it reads "printer offline".

Anybody know what I should do?

Hello brit.

Please try turning the printer off and back on. Once this has been done, restart your computer and see if you can print again once the system restarts.
