    <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon Pixma mx 439. Wireless to desktop running Win 8.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can print once.&amp;nbsp; If I try to print another doc I get an error message (printer not responding).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Once I turn off the machine and on again it will print......one doc only and it starts all over again.&amp;nbsp; Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi chipsjake,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to see if the printer is configured to use the right port.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I've seen this happen when it's using the WSD port instead of the CNBJNP port:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Put your mouse in the top right corner to bring up the Charms Menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Click Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Click Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; Click Hardware and Sound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Click Devices and Printers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; Right click the PIXMA MX439 Printer and click Printer Properties.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Click the Ports tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8.&amp;nbsp; Make sure that the checkmark is on the port that starts with CNBJNP, then click OK and try to print.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
