    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could have directed you to the correct download, but you didn't tell us what OS/version you are running?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So visit &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/ts-series-inkjet/pixma-ts6220?tab=drivers_downloads" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this page &lt;/A&gt;and select the correct OS for your system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless of which you are using, choose the &lt;STRONG&gt;Full Installtion package&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you run the software, you will see a checkbox (near the bottom) on the first or second dialog, asking to "Get latest or Use Updated files from the internet'.&amp;nbsp; This option is present, in the event you are using older installtion media.&amp;nbsp; It basically checks the Canon Support page and uses those "updated" drivers during the install.&amp;nbsp; By downloading the package directly, you don't need this option selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>TS6220 printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a lot of trouble connecting to the wireless printer to my computer. I can get only so far and then get a message when in the "acquiring information on latest driver software" that says it "failed" to acquire and to check the network connection, even though there isn't a problem.&amp;nbsp; I've been trying to connect this printer for the last three plus hours.&amp;nbsp; HELP!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
