PIXMA TS8220 options

My new PIXMA TS8220 seems to offer limited printing options when i try to print using my Firefox print feature or the printing options from various programs or apps. The Canon manual shows many options that I can't find. What am i missing?

What version of Windows are you using? If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What print options are you missing when printing from Firefox?

Im using Windows 8.1. I get very few options at any time no matter what program Im using to print with. I know that may be because the Canon PIXMA TS8220 doestn offer an awful lot, but the manual shows windows opening that allowe for dozens of options like more than two choices of clarity and speed, printing only wiht black ink rather than greyscale, and many others. I don't get those same options I used to get wiht my Epson printer. Perhaps just a limitation of the Canon Pixma?
