    <description>Thank you. A pity that Canon doesn't offer the same level of support in Europe. Maybe I wouldn't have bought a Canon printer if I knew this.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already tried printing the information page by holding down the STOP button for 15 flashes of the ALARM light - nothing happens!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also tried via cmd but can't find the information I need.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is this so complicated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
