      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to setup Canon MG3650S wireless printer software to my laptop (Windows 10) and I facing the error "new port could not be created 0000".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the install CR-ROM, but my laptop dont have a CR drive.... so I downloaded the install software (win-mg3600-1_0-mcd) from canon website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During installtion it is giving me the error "new port could not be created 0000".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to uninstall couple times, tried to download&amp;nbsp;cnmnpu.exe, restarted couple times and its still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you please suggest me with a fix to get my printer setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thiru&lt;/P&gt;</description>
