HELP!!!!! - MX872 Can't Find Wi-Fi

My printer will not find my wifi. Everything else in my house finds it, the printer won't. My kids need this for school ASAP! Help!! I YouTubed it and everything.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using along with operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). Hi Ktclark624,

Please follow these steps:

1. Please press the button with the wrench and screwdriver on your PIXMA MX472

2. Use the LEFT or RIGHT button to select Device settings, then press the OK button

3. Use the LEFT or RIGHT button to select LAN settings, then press the OK button

4. Use the LEFT or RIGHT button to select Print LAN details, then press the OK button

On the page that prints, please take note of the network name listed to the right of SSID.

Please make sure that your computer is connected to the same network as the one listed next to SSID.
