    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to setup the printer I purchased recently. When I tries to connect it via mobile or laptop I was not successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Printer name is not showing up under setting-&amp;gt;wifi on my mobile. When I tried it from computer It says Could not find any printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I tried to print the information it says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOT CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RESULT CODE C-5, C-11&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIGNAL STRENTH - 0%&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LINK Quality - 0%&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection: Inactive&lt;/P&gt;</description>
