    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I first bought the printer earlier in the year, I was trying to connect it to my iPad which didn't work. Now I have a MacBook Air and I am trying to connect it to the laptop. It says to reset the printer, I need to hold down the stop button until it blinks 21 times. Well, I can hold down the stop button for a minute and nothing will happen. Not one other button will blink. Even when it syas to hold down the bluetooth button and the power button will blink, that isn't working either. I have no idea what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
