If you are referring to the PIXMA TR4520, the drivers and software can be downloaded from our web site.

To access the downloads, please use the following link:

1. Click the Select button next to "TR4500 series Full Driver & Software Package (Windows)".

2. Click the Download button. The drivers will download.

3. Once the download is complete, open your downloads folder. To access this, press CTRL and J, then let both go.

4. Double click "win-tr4500-1_0-n_mcd.exe" to begin the installation.

5. Follow the on screen prompts to install.
