Hi shereeba.

If the MX922 doesn't respond (not even an error message) when printing through a shared Google Cloud Print registration, check that the printer is allowed to communicate over the network. You may need to have the main Chromebook online and connected to the same network in order for it to pass along the print data from the Chromebook to which the printer had been shared.

Also ensure the printer is on the latest available firmware.

Did this answer your question?

I have been using my MX922 with my chromebook to print. Worked fine. My daughter got a Chromebook and now it's just a mess. Finally figured out to "share" it. But it will say it has printed (on the Crhomebook) but nothing at all goes on with the printer
