    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jeano19.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer isn't powering on properly following a power outage:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disconnect the power cord.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and hold the ON button for ~ 5 seconds. Do this five times.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug the printer back in and try powering it back on.&amp;nbsp; If the printer still does not power on properly, it will need to be replaced.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is powering on but not communicating over the network:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power off the printer and the router.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait 12 seconds.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power on only the router.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait for the router to come completely online.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power on the printer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;(if needed) perform the wireless setup again for the printer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?       <title>PIXMA TS6300 Series:  power outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon, you helped me in March 2020 on my PIXMA MG6320.&amp;nbsp; Have a new printer.&amp;nbsp; Thunderstorm.&amp;nbsp; Electricity went out.&amp;nbsp; Printer will not work.&amp;nbsp; I have done several things, but tonight I went back to Michael/Canon's instructions in March of what to do.&amp;nbsp; I uninstalled the printer and the driver.&amp;nbsp; I reinstalled my printer from the website.&amp;nbsp; I downloaded the Driver from Canon website.&amp;nbsp; (Ver 1.01 eff 08/04/20)&amp;nbsp; Printer is connected to the internet, so it says, but NADA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I start all over again by uninstalling the printer and the printer driver?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.....Jean O&lt;/P&gt;</description>
