    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a TS3320 Printer and i use my cell phone to connect to it (I dont have a computer I can connect to it).&amp;nbsp; I've recently moved and have a new ISP.&amp;nbsp; I cant figure out how to reset the WIFI connection on my printer.&amp;nbsp; Since the printer is already set up via the iphone app to my old router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i get it to forget my old router and start over with my new one.&amp;nbsp; It keeps telling me to look for a network starting with Canon_ij but nothing ever comes up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On that same page there will be blue links and you will need to select the option for Android or iOS depending on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer still does not connect to your network with those steps, I&amp;nbsp;recommend contacting our chat team.The real time support would be most&amp;nbsp;beneficial in this case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get to the chat feature, click &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/inkjet-multifunction/ts-series-inkjet/pixma-ts3320/pixma-ts3320" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;Once in the chat box, ask to speak to a live person.
