MX922 can't connect to Windows 10 laptop wirelessly

I need help. I bought the MX922, the printer connected to my wireless Network, While my Laptop, Samsug J7 phone, and my IPAD also connected to same wireless Network which is Verizon FIOS. but My HP Laptop, Samsug J7 phone, and my IPAD were not able to find the printer.

Hello.

Check to make sure that the devices are on the same network as the printer. The printer is only able to connect to 2.4 GHz networks. If your devices on are on a 5.0 GHz network, they may not be able to detect the printer. Also, if the printer was connected to a "guest" network instead of the usual network, the devices would not be able to detect the printer as well.
