    <description>&lt;P&gt;Another computer is not using the printer.&amp;nbsp; This printer is good at causing fusses but removal from the network and reinstalling takes care of any issues.&amp;nbsp; Not this time.&amp;nbsp; Printing from a lap top or a desktop show same error on the computer.&amp;nbsp; Printer LCD displays no error or activity.&amp;nbsp; Drivers up to date.&amp;nbsp; Print que shows the one print job, status: Printing.&amp;nbsp; No other jobs listed and printer isn't printing (obviously).&amp;nbsp; What else should I be trying?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Adam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check that the printer is on its home screen; if it is in a menu, it may respond as in-use.&amp;nbsp; Also, on the computer, close any scanning software that may be open, as that may monopolize the printer.&amp;nbsp; You may also try powering off the printer and listening for a nearby computer making an error sound.&amp;nbsp; In the case that another program on the computer is monopolizing the printer, or that the print spooler has become stuck, try restarting both the computer and the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
