G6020 Offline - does not connect to Laptop

i tried all options to make Canon G62020 to connect to my laptop or even my phone with no luck.

the network option in the printer says it's connected. I just bought it a week back. what's are the steps to resolve this?

That step was completed. I had to delete the Printer and reinstall via Windows 10 and it worked.

but what's the easiest way for the Printer to connect to WiFi. typing the Internet password on the Printer console is not fun!
