      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ajwmd,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have a smart phone or tablet that you can try printing from? As a test, please download and install the free Canon Print Inkjet/Selphy app. Once the app is open, it will search for the printer. If the app is able to detect the printer and perform a print, there may be a security or firewall setting on the computer that is not allowing the printer to be communicated with correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
