    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ever since recently running the windows updates on our Windows 7 &amp;amp; Windows 8 machines, we've not been able to print wirelessly&amp;nbsp;to this multifunction printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've removed&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; reinstalled the printer drivers and had no luck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've removed&amp;nbsp;and plugged the printer into the primary machine (to see if the laptop will find the printer &amp;amp; automatically install the driver), and no luck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way we can print at the moment, is by having the primary laptop plugged into the printer via data&amp;nbsp;cable, and anything else needing to be printed from the other laptop needs to be transferred via flash drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please&amp;nbsp;i'm not very IT,&amp;nbsp;i can do the basics, but resolving this without help is beyond me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please help as we're tearing our collective hair out at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
