Pixma MG7500 Unable to be Found Wireless Network

Hi,

I'm trying to set up this printer, but I can't seem to find it on my WiFi network. I used the LAN setup on the printer, entered the network key, and it said it was connect to the network. However, none of my devices is able to detect the printer on the network. Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Hi MaxVis,

If you have any antivirus or firewall software that is on your computer, you can try temporarily disabling those and then reinstall the printer drivers to see if this will allow the printer to be detected. If you still experience difficulty, please reply with what operating system is on your computer and we wil be happy to further assist you.
