    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife's hard drive recently crashed (it was Windows 7 32bit). &amp;nbsp;I replaced the drive and installed Windows 8 64bit, and then upgraded to 8.1. &amp;nbsp;I did the 8.1 update before I installed any software (i.e., canon drivers).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything seems to work fine but when we try to scan to her pc via the wireless network we get the error message. &amp;nbsp;We are initiating the scan from the device panel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MP Navigator EX corresponding to the printer &amp;nbsp;you intend to use, may not be installed correctly. &amp;nbsp;Reinstall MP Navigator EX, and then try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've uninstalled and re-installed several times. &amp;nbsp;Tried running as administrator.
