I would suggest you to check the setting of cannon printer fax problem or troubleshoot the printer issues. After this you will get the relief from the issue.

Canon MX452 Everything was great until I had to disconnect and move printer to set up fax , could not read the easy set up instructions from top of a file cabinet...not much better on desktop...needs to be redesigned to help the visually impaired . I removed the telephone cables for the fax feature and now the wireless print feature no longer works. wasn't there a wirless green indicator light on the front on the printer? I'd prefer to have all of the features I paid for working, but really need the wireless feature most of all. Using Windows XP .

Hi bsb,

Reinstalling the printer using the latest drivers from the Canon USA website should get the printer reconnected wirelessly. Please click here to go to the Drivers and Software page for the PIXMA MX452. Once on the page for your printer, please follow these steps:

1. Verify that the operating system detected in the "OPERATING SYSTEM" drop-down menu is correct, and if it is not, please click the drop-down menu to select your operating system.

2. Next, please click on the red arrow next to the "RECOMMENDED FOR YOU" section and click the MINI MASTER SETUP file. When you do, a red DOWNLOAD button will appear. Please click on the checkbox below the DOWNLOAD button, then click the red DOWNLOAD button to begin the download. The time for the download process may vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the file being downloaded.

Please double-click on the Mini Master Setup file once it is downloaded to reinstall the printer on your computer, then try to print wirelessly again.

Hope this helps!.

This didn't answer your question or issue? Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
