      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi carlee3,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The password/access code to connect your printer to your network is case sensitive, meaning that if you have upper and lowercase letters and numbers in the password, they will need to be entered the exact same&amp;nbsp;way when setting up the printer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;You can enter the password&amp;nbsp;when the keyboard is displayed on the printer as shown below:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG title="" src="http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/storage/1/kb/attachments/CanonUSA/TroubleshootingContents/Images/Global/G0150861.png" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(1) &amp;nbsp;Press the center Function button (A) accordingly to switch between lower case, upper case and numeric characters.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(2) Use the &amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG title="" src="http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/storage/1/kb/attachments/CanonUSA/TroubleshootingContents/Images/Global/G0149386.png" alt="" border="0" /&gt; buttons (B) to select a character from the keyboard, then press the OK button to select and move to the next character.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;(3) Repeat 1 and 2 to enter the remaining characters until all characters are entered, then select DONE.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are unsure of the password to connect to your network, we recommend contacting your internet service provider or router manufacturer for assistance with obtaining or resetting the password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
