I have a Canon MX860 printer that I'm trying to connect wirelessly to my Helix Ultrabook running Windows 8.1. It works fine when connected by USB. I've downloaded and installed all new drivers and software except I'm unable to unzip "CanonAPChkTool_win210en". When I run the Canon U Network tool it discovers my printer but when I try to update I get the error message "A port is not installed. Install a port. I check on Configure Port and get an error occurred during port configuration. This operation is not supported.
How can I connect my printer?
