topic MX472 won't connect to laptop in Printer Software & Networking

<P>After upgrading to Windows 10 I couldn't figure how to scan with my MX472 printer/scanner. My laptop was still connected wirelessly to the printer and could still print. I decided to download new drivers to see if I could get the laptop scan function back. I lost the connection to my printer with my laptop after running setup and trying to connect wirelessly to the printer. Setup says it cannot find any network printers. I tried redetecting for the printer but it still can't find it. The printer is successfully connected to my wireless network and my laptop is connected to the same network. I have tried turning off Windows firewall and my antivirus program but it still doesn't work. I downloaded the MX470 series Full Driver &amp; Software Package (Windows 10/10 x64/8.1/8.1 x64/8/8 x64/7/7 x64/Vista/Vista64/XP) and it does not work. I also tried the MX470 series MP Drivers Ver. 1.00 (Windows 10/10 x64/8.1/8.1 x64/8/8 x64/7/7 x64/Vista/Vista64/XP) and it does not work either. I remember having this problem a long time ago and it was resolved by doing the setup with the installation CD that came with the printer but I don't have that anymore. Please advise.</P>
