I have connected my MG5420 printer to the access point (router) but cannot connect the printer.

When using 'add printer' the PC indicates no printer avialable. How do I connect the printer. It had been connected to a previous router (different provider) and I had no trouble connecting a year ago (maybe 2?) when I bought the printer. ANy suggestions?

Hello.

The drivers would have to be installed in order to be able to install the unit on your computer. Using the standard Windows Add-Printer wizard will not allow you to add the printer to the system.

Problem likely due to COmcast modem having 2 AP addresses and my devices did not match. Ended up hard-wiring printer to PC
