Hello.

The WPS pin is programmed in to your router and not the printer. If you continue to have difficulties with the wireless connection, please try the following steps to connect the unit to your router:

1. Go to the Home menu or press the Home button.

2. Use the up or down arrow keys until Setup appears, then select Setup.

3. Select Device Settings and press OK.

4. Select LAN Settings.

5. Select Wireless LAN Setup.

6. Select Standard Setup.

From there, follow the remaining prompts to connect the unit to your router.

The PIN is in the printer in some cases.

There appears to be some confusion on whats being connected to what.

What I was trying to do was connect my windows 10 laptop/computer to my Cannon MG7520 printer. A windows 10 quirk disconnected it.

Heres what I did on my Cannon Mg7520.

1. Go to your laptop, and remove your old printer, and click add printer

2. Your laptop computer will then do a search for a printer, and display a box asking for the WPS PIN. Keep this open!

3. Go to your printer, and hit WLAN, it'll go to Wireless Lan Setup, hit it.

4, ON the next screen on your printer it'll show a line eventually, - To Other connection Methods -, hit it.

5.On the resulting screen hit, Other setup.

6. On the next screen hit, WPS (PIN code method)

7.It'll then give you the WPS PIN code to enter on your laptop

8, Enter the PIN given on your laptop screen you kept open, within 10 minutes. It should work.
