    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the unit is able to be used on your local network without any errors, the issue may be related to a firewall or protection setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To use the Cloud services with the printer on the intranet, please open Port 5222 (both on the PCs and the router/firewall).       <title>MG6220 cannot connect to internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer works wirelessly from my Win10 PC, but when I try to register it to Google Cloud Print, it says it cannot connect to the internet. &amp;nbsp;I've heard this is an issue, but I would have thought that at the very least, the printer would connect to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome help and apologize if this is a duplicate. &amp;nbsp;Couldn't find a matching answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
