    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi rvanderberry,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure that the unit is selected correctly in MP Navigator.&amp;nbsp; Please open MP Navigator and click on the Preferences button.&amp;nbsp; The PIXMA MX870 that should be selected is the network attached, not the USB attached.&amp;nbsp; The network PIXMA MX870 will be named PIXMA MX870 (xxx) with the mac address of the unit in parenthesis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, please make sure that the scanner is selected in the Canon IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Windows Start button and&amp;nbsp;All Apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Canon IJ Network Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on Canon IJ Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Make sure there is a checkmark next to the PIXMA MX870.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once both have been completed, attempt to scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactLI&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MP Navigator errors on Wireless PIXMA MX 870 Printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MP Navigator does not recognize PIXMA MX 870 for scanning function. Printer set up for wireless operation. Printing works fine, but when MP Navigator scanning is tried, I receive the following: Internal Error Code:3,202,19 Scan Gear. I have new Windows 10 operating system. Have downloaded the MP Navigator update for Windows 10, but keep getting the error message. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
