I have spent two days trying to get this printer to work. I can't get through to customer support. I have never had this much of a problem hooking up a printer before!! I really need help!

The MB2720 supports three connection methods. USB, Wi-Fi direct and wireless.

Can you confirm the connection method you're using. My recommendation is Wi-Fi direct or Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi direct allows your mobile device to connect directly to the printer without a network.

Wireless requires an external network that your printer and mobile device connect to for communication.

If you're using Wi-Fi direct, the printer has to be put into Wi-Fi direct mode.

If you're using Wireless, You need to put the printer into wireless setup and connect it to your network. Your Android device also needs to be connected to the same network.

One of the above steps is often what people miss during set up.

For wireless network connection, the printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.

Customer support is open Monday through Friday. Their telephone number is 1-800-652-2666. If you want to go this route, I would suggest registering your printer in your MyCanon account before you call them.
