      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI there, I need a driver for the PIXMA MX492 printer, and I dont' care that you retired service.&amp;nbsp; I really don't.&amp;nbsp; I would like a driver tomorrow when you see this message.&amp;nbsp; I'm not throwing out a perfectly good printer- I know you wouldn't either.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for your service, Canon.&amp;nbsp; I expect help tomorrow in my inbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Canon does not monitor these community forums, however the drivers for your printer are available on the support page for your printer here, as they have always been. Choose software and drivers, make sure your operating system is chosen in the right panel, scroll down to see all the programs and the correct driver. I would post the driver for you but not knowing your Operating system could not put the driver in this post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The printer was retired some time ago and no New firmware updates will be made, but a firmware update is rarely necessary to keep the printer operating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
