The printer requires a 2.4 ghz signal, the new router may not be sending one, but it could be enabled. The printer could be too far away, and the signal drops off. I suggest you use a USB/printer cable and connect it that way, which should work. This will also help to determine if there is a driver issue, which I doubt since it worked before the router was changed.

Hi all, curious is anyone else has experienced the issues that I have faced since I got a new router and any ideas for resolution. I got a new router and ever since I have had a number of network connectivity issues with my printer. I tried changing the router configuration, I did a full reset, and I've tried to install multiple different drivers but nothing has worked. I always get to the point where I encounter some error message like this:

Has anyone else encountered this and found a way to fix it?
