      <description>&lt;P&gt;What operating system are you using, what brand of pc and processor and how do you have your printer connected? do you have a USB/printer cable?&amp;nbsp; My printer is also the pixma mg3620 and it works with no issues so hopefully we can help yours do the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
