    <description>&lt;P&gt;Driver for Plotter imagePROGRAF TX-3100 will not install on new Windows 11 Pro Laptop. This is a Dell Latitude 7455. Downloaded the latest from the Canon Website. When it run it comes up with an error that says that this cannot run on this computer. The printer is working on other laptops and desktops, Windows 10 and 11. I can see the Printer on IP scan and ping the printer. When try to add manually it the PC sees the printer. Need driver to install so can add this. Tried running in compatibility mode. Tried running as Administrator. Tried signing in as local administrator and get the same error in all cases. Ran installer on My PC (Lenovo Windows 11 Pro) and ran without issue. Any thing else that I can do? Is there a compatibility issue with Dell and this printer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A quick search for the Latitude 7455 shows that it DOES have a Snapdragon-ARM processor.If Canon does not have an ARM&amp;nbsp; Windows 11 driver download, you are out of luck. The computer will use built-in drivers to use the printer but you will not have all the functionality it can provide with an Intel/AMD CPU-based computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your responses. This helps me very much and I will be passing this information along to the customer/user. I work for an MSP, and this customer buys their own PCs instead of getting them through our suppliers. When we get laptops and other PCs for customers we never get ARM processors so I did not even think of that. Thank you again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
