      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Jason. Running 10.11.6. No error messages. Called tech support because my computer, printer and iPhone were not able to use wi-fi. Only the printer is still not connected to wi-fi. The printer icon says it's connected, but isn't. Also, hitting Print on a computer file, the Canon MX922 goes to scan and will not print. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi NYCJLF,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reinstalling your PIXMA MX922 should resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp; To uninstall your PIXMA MX922, please follow these steps&amp;nbsp;(if you are unable to complete a step, that is OK, continue with the rest of the steps):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1. Open the hard drive (Macintosh HD).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2. Open the 'Library' folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3. Open the 'Printers' folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4. Open the 'Canon' folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5. Send the 'BJ Printer' folder to the trash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;6. Return to the 'Library' folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;7. Open the 'Receipts' folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;8. Locate any items related to your printer and send them to the trash.&amp;nbsp; However, leave the 'Canon Printer Drivers.pkg' file in the folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;9.
