PIXMA PRO-100 Print Studio Pro Plugin Error

Using a USB I am trying to print a picture through Photoshop using the plugin provided.
Print Studio Pro
Drivers locally on my mac are up to date. Along with the printer itself up to date.

In the meantime can you please tell us the version and build of your MAC OS, the version of Print Studio Pro and the version of Photoshop / Creative Cloud you have installed?
