    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've got a Canon TS5020 and recently we changed our internet service provider. Since then, we've been unable to connect the printer wirelessly. When I do a manual connect, it doesn't ask me for the password. I've already done the suggested steps from the error but it's still not working. I'm not sure what else I could do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The error I got was this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"Failed to connect to the wireless router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Follow the steps below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Check that the selected wireless router is correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Check that the entered passphrase is correct.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Restart the wireless router. If the same error occurs, see the wireless router manual and check the settings."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your printer supports a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First check to make sure that your network broadcast meets these standards, then rerun the printers installer which will allow you to select the new wireless broadcast and enter a new password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
