      <title>PIXMA TR8620a won't print (connection issues)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchased a PIXMA TR8620A printer a couple of years ago and it worked fine.&amp;nbsp; We moved last summer and ever since then I have the hardest time trying to print.&amp;nbsp; I get the error of the laptop and printer aren't connected to the same server (but both are connected to the same wifi). I've done the configuration print and got code C-0 but that doesn't help me. I've made the sure the printer is up to date on whatever updates get pushed.&amp;nbsp; I tried looking at driver updates but that didn't seem to work either.&amp;nbsp; I can't find any kind of customer service phone # to call so right now I have a big black paper weight on my desk that serves zero purpose because it won't work anymore.&amp;nbsp; Would love some help, please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
