      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to install&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Professional Print &amp;amp; Layout Ver.1.6.1 (Windows) on my desktop PC. I get an error message "Failed to Install Canon professional Print and Layout" (Error Code 0). I have tried running as administrator, disabling anti virus etc. Don't know how to get it to install.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I was able to install it on my Win 11 laptop.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I was able to copy the folder from my Laptop onto my desktop and it is working!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My desktop is running Intel i7. Windows 11 home 25 H2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure why the installation program would not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So as I mentioned I was able to get the program to run by copying it from my laptop to my desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I tried the Lightroom Plug In but it would not run. I also tried to install the account management software and it would not install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to run the plug in and install the account software on my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called tech support at Canon and they said may be issue with my Win 11 log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do. Anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I figured it out. I placed the PPL installation files into C:\program files\canon and ran the installation with out an issue. I then ran the plug in install and it worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the accounting software I placed the installation files into&amp;nbsp;C:\program files x86\canon and ran the installation with out an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
