    <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You're trying to download them from the Canon support portal right?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I went in ahead and tested downloads for these two devices.&amp;nbsp; No issues.&amp;nbsp; You can specify the save location, another directory, drive, Etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Downloads are the default save as directory unless you tell your browser otherwise.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to install drivers for both an ImageClass MF455DW and ImageClass MF236N printer on a Windows 10 machine. When I click on the button to download these drivers, it progresses and says they have been downloaded. However, they do not appear in my Downloads folder. I have tried using both Edge and Chrome, and have tried on multiple computers. Where can I find these drivers and get them installed? Is there a way I can select where the downloaded drivers should be saved (USB drive for example)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, I'm getting them directly from Canon's Support page for each printer. I click on the red Download button for the recommended driver package, it downloads then gives me the green Complete! However when I check my downloads folder, nothing is there!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I assumed you marked the post as solved since I'm not able to do it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bottom line however, something in your environment is affecting your ability to download files properly.&amp;nbsp; Again, I tested myself and had no issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some things that might affect your ability to download files.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Third party software, antivirus or malware applications&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're operating system is Windows "S mode"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is a corporate environment, network controls that prevent third-party downloads&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We'd like to be able to help you but whatever it is it's not on Canon's side.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
