    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon Imageprograf iPF8300, great printer, and have been using Poster Artist with it, but the PC died and I am trying to install the software on a new PC. I get a license authentication error. I went through all the steps outlined with no luck. I reached out to support and sent the requested file, but have not gotten any response, not even an acknowledgment of the email. Can anyone help me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I would recommend that you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
