&lt;P&gt;I think my colleague's assessment is spot on. Unfortunately ARM-based devices still have very limited software and peripheral support.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Other computers see imagePROGRAF TM-300, my Surface laptop doesn't</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have a Canon ImagePROGRAF TM-300 in our office on the network used by various employees.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Everyone else is able to print to it just fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to install the drivers but the software cannot find the printer on the network, I've looked at all network settings and everything appears to be fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've looked over the forum and other online content. Can anyone confirm if this problem is related to my laptop having an ARM processor and possibly not be compatible?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, is there a fix? I've tried to manually install the printer but the correct driver is not available, perhaps someone in a similar situation can enlighten me. I'm ready to give up at this point, but the thought of having to go to another station every time I want to use the printer is absurd.&lt;/P&gt;
