      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry - typo.&amp;nbsp; the model number is D570.&amp;nbsp; However, I was able to reach the Canon techs on 1/26/26 and Shari quickly resolved my issue.&amp;nbsp; Canon's techs are FIRST RATE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
