    <description>&lt;P&gt;mf455dw printer. It stopped scanning. I did a reset and lost remote UI connection. When I try to enter IP address on web to get to canon account to correct, it will not load. I have tried http:// and https:// and without http at all. Customer support is closed until Monday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know I have to have this to access the remote ui and try to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For clarity, please tell us the &lt;STRONG&gt;version and build of the OS&lt;/STRONG&gt; you're using the printer with, and &lt;STRONG&gt;how is your printer connected&lt;/STRONG&gt; into what?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If its connected to a router, please log into the routers admin portal and review the list of attached devices.&amp;nbsp; What is the IP address assigned to the printer by the router?&amp;nbsp; If it doesn't appear in this list, it's not connected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If present, does this match the IP that you believe the printer is assigned?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Although I recommend setting up access, you do not necessarily need access to the remote UI to fix an issue like this.&amp;nbsp; It could be related to drivers, but the fact that you performed a reset could have changed something you are unaware of.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would all be helpful if you could tell us which drivers are utilities you installed?&amp;nbsp; You can use this for reference.&lt;/P&gt;
