      <description>&lt;P&gt;mx850 wireless printer out of the blue says it's offline when it's not. &amp;nbsp;checked all plugs, cords, settings. &amp;nbsp;???? &amp;nbsp;also, we always lose the ability to print wirelessly. &amp;nbsp;only one computer in household (and maybe sometimes from an iphone) can we print wirelessly. &amp;nbsp;always losing that darn ability, which is why we bought this printer in the first place.....to print without hooking up! &amp;nbsp;VERY frustrated. &amp;nbsp;tired of calling. &amp;nbsp;please HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
