      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I reviewed an unresolved thread about this topic from Feb 2025 related to Sequoia OS 15.3.1. This problem persists under Sequoia OS 15.6.1. I have reinstalled the current printer and scanner drivers for my Canon MG3620. I can print but not scan. When attempting to scan using Canon IJ Scan Utility Lite, I receive the error message shown below. Can anyone help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Try the main installation workflow at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://canon.us/MG3620setup" target="_blank"&gt;https://canon.us/MG3620setup&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will uninstall existing software and install the correct software and drivers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your printer must have a rock-solid connection to your WiFi (not just good or ok, but all bars) for scanning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
