<P>I am using a Canon Pro-300 printer with an IMac using Sequoia 15.6.1 OS. I had used Professional Print and Layout regularly until last week when it suddenly crashed. It comes up with a message, "Error-Please check the printer's operation panel or remote UI". The printer just says, "Ready to print". I have the option to display the Remote UI Panel. When I click on that, I get a message, "The site can't be reached". I updated the driver software and the printer firmware is up to date. I deleted the Professional Print and Layout app and went to the Canon site and downloaded and installed the new version. I shut off both my IMac and the printer and unplugged both. I have tried printing different photos and still get the same message. I can print with Lightroom and Photoshop with no problem. I believe I get more accurate colors with Professional Print and Layout, hence this post. Thanks for any help.</P>
