      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to print photos wirelessly from my IPhone 16 but the printer will not hook up to my internet. I have downloaded the canon print app, chatted with the virtual Assistant, downloaded the Canon Print App and tried to to reach Customer Support by phone and was told by the Virtual Assistant that an account had to be set up, which I had done, and that there was no record of my phone number. After all of this, the call was ended by the Assistant. Is there any way to reach a live person for support?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have made contact with a tach support person but the problem was not solved due to difficult communication skills and very noisy background noise. I am very disappointed in the Canon Support and am waiting for one of my sons to help me this weekend. Thank you, Jw51&lt;/P&gt;</description>
