    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have the following 2 printer types in our company, which were set up by an employee who has left the company. We currently do not know their RemoteUI account password or Username and are locked out of the remote UI. Is there a way to reset this while minimally affecting how our printer is currently connected to our network?&lt;/P&gt;
